Wonderful people to work with. Very knowledgeable with what they sell and install. Highly recommended.

We were staying in Billings at an RV park for a couple of days. We had lost communication between the RV and our tow vehicle and we needed an interim solution. When we entered the store Matt greeted us and listened carefully to what our situation was. He quickly put together the perfect wired solution to work with our situation. His idea was spot on, and we really appreciate his help and assistance! Top notch place!

Great To Deal With!!! Very friendly and helpful. They had the exact hitch I wanted and had it installed the same day I scheduled for installation. Highly recommend these folks for all your trailer and hitch needs.

This is the only trailer place in America that isn’t trying to steal from you. Joe worked tirelessly to help us out. Blew a couple bearings of our tiny house on wheels outside of town, and he helped us get her rolling again. Unfortunately our axle was bent and we weren’t able to add new ones due to height restrictions, and Joe told it to us straight and didn’t waste our time. We had to hire a mover to get us the rest of the way to Spokane. If you’re anywhere in the inner north west, I’d recommend taking all of your business to Ratco, we know we are.
